Ayus Yoga & Ayurveda Center is located in Prospect, Kentucky, just minutes outside of Louisville and in the midst of the horse farms for which Kentucky is known. We offer a multidisciplinary approach to yoga as well as an introduction to the concepts of Ayurveda. Our classes are appropriate for beginners, as well as those who are at a high level of fitness already. Styles include the (Ashtanga based) Vinyasa Flow; Yin Yoga; Power Hatha; Gentle Hatha, Kid’s Yoga and an Equestrian focused class. We also provide yoga therapy sessions by appointment; massage and reflexology. Our instructors and therapists are certified and well accomplished in their studies and in their approach to teaching and working with students. We offer an inclusive approach to yoga and we feel each person will be able to find their favorite class at Ayus!
We also offer Ayurvedic services such as Dosha (Constitution type) analysis’, educational workshops regarding the basics of Ayurveda; Ayurvedic body care products and Ayurvedic herbal massages. This is a holistic approach to health that is the perfect complement to yoga—in fact, it is known as the “sister science to yoga”. Come have fun, learn and explore the many facets of yoga and ayurveda!
